- Swimmer’s name and age
- Pool/service address

- Payment information (processed securely through our scheduling platform; we do not store full payment card numbers)

We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage swim lessons
- Communicate with you about bookings, rescheduling, and lesson reminders
- Send waivers and required forms
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
